Cycling Adventure Cleanup
A sunny day in Sunny Bay for our very first cycling cleanup event! It was a huge success thanks to friends spreading the word and coming to help with the heavy lifting!
55 volunteers arrived in shifts in small groups over 3 hours. Working in pairs maintaining social distancing, we picked up:
292kg of rubbish
302 plastic beverage bottles
90 drink cans
and even two rusty abandoned bicycles!
