Join us 'plogging' (a combination of jogging and picking up litter) on World Cleanup Day—21 September 2019! Eco Marine Adventure Cleanup is collaborating with The Green Race for a coastal and mountain trail ‘plog’ on the southern shore of the Starling Inlet from 9:30am to around 1:00pm. The event will coincide with the Immortals trail race 34km route and ploggers and runners will be able to cheer each other on! Ploggers will jog/hike as a group or in a few groups whilst picking up rubbish on the trail/shoreline between Luk Keng, CP3 (Kuk Po) of the race route and over a 280m hill onto the finish! We can share the water, drinks, and environmentally friendly snacks provided by The Green Race at CP3 and at the finish line. The total distance will be around 8km with 300m elevation gain.
